Both of the bald eaglets in our neighborhood nest have fledged. (Yay!) But that’s not the end of nesting season in these parts.
We went for a lunchtime swim at a local beach. I love seeing all of the sea turtle nests up and down the base of the dunes. My favorite are the nests of the leatherback turtles, which are the size of a compact car.
